Water Flow Failure |
Clean or replace filter. Check circulation pump operation making sure there is water flowing. Make sure gate valves are in the fully open position. Remove filter and place garden hose without prefilter up to one jet. Hold for 30 seconds until you feel pressure come out of the other jet. |

Winter Anti-Freezing |
Freezing temperatures have been detected. Check the floating thermometer water temperature. Confirm circulation pump is operating and there is water flow in the unit. If water temps are 35F (2C) or less, adjust to heating mode and consider setting a higher set temperature. Do not allow water to freeze and unwarranted damage to occur from freezing. Contact Master Spas or your retailer for support if the unit is not able to heat and increase current water temperatures. |

The outer coil has exceeded its temperature limit. Shut down the power for 5 minutes and turn it back on. Confirm circulation pump operating and flowing water. Check ventilation around the unit. This error message will alternately display E20 and a sub error message. Sub errors listed below. Shut down the power for 5 minutes and turn it back on. If persists, contact Chilly GOAT support or your retailer for support. Be prepared to provide sub-codes seen. |

Ambient Temperature Error |
The temperature in the cabinet is too high, or the water temperatures and ambient temperatures are too warm for cooling operation to occur. Check ventilation around the unit. Make sure there is 6’ of open space on the output ventilation of the heat pump. Shut down power for 1 hour and turn back on. Wait until cooler evening or morning to try to start up heat pump. Cool the water by either partially draining and refilling or adding ice to the water to jump start the cooling process. This is more susceptible to occur when ambient temperatures and water temperatures are 90F (32C) and higher. If persists, contact Chilly GOAT support or your retailer for support. |

Too Low Cooling Outlet Water Temp Protection. Error |
Not enough water flowing through the heat pump. Check for clogs or blockages in the jet lines. If the issue persists, contact Chilly GOAT support or your retail for support. |

The water outlet sensor is receiving strange readings. Shut down the power for 5 minutes and turn it back on. If persists, contact Chilly GOAT support or your retailer for support. |
