Every custom hot tub cover and swim spa cover is built to order and arrives 2–6 weeks after you order, so an order placed today should arrive about Nov 20 – Dec 18. Covers with cut-outs go into production once we've confirmed the details with you.
Every part comes in a standard version that suits mild winters. For cold winters, the 6"–4" taper adds 40% more insulation than the standard 5"–3" taper. For snow, ice and year-round use, add 2.0 lb foam, the 8 mil double-wrap vapor barrier, a full-length steam stopper and commercial rubber handles. Choose all five upgrades and they get a bundle price, less than adding each one on its own.

Yes. Covers longer than 120" are built as swim spa covers: a 4-panel bi-fold (two halves) with 6 handles and 12 lockdown straps. Prices are in line with our stock swim spa covers.
Yes. Covers ship free within the contiguous U.S. (the lower 48 states), which is the only area we ship covers to.
No. Each cover is built to your exact measurements, so custom covers are non-returnable and the order cannot be cancelled once production begins. That's why we ask you to confirm your measurements before checkout. Please inspect your cover for shipping damage before signing for the delivery.

Measure the spa itself, never the old cover. An old cover has almost certainly warped or shrunk, so copying it repeats the error. Use a tape measure and a carpenter's square, and check every number twice: your cover is built to these figures and cannot be changed once production begins.
Square and rectangular spas: measure lip to lip across the top in both directions, at the widest point. Round to the nearest ¼ inch.
Sit a carpenter's square into the corner and measure from its inside corner to the point where it first touches the spa. That distance is your radius. Most Master Spas cabinets have a 6" radius, but please measure yours. Truly square corners are 0", so pick a sharp-cornered shape instead.
The flap that hangs down over the cabinet and seals out wind. Measure from the top of the acrylic shell down to the bottom edge of the rim. Many Master Spas models use a 5" skirt. Skirts from 2" to 8" can be ordered here; call us for anything else.
Round: measure straight across the widest point, lip to lip. Octagon: measure straight across from one flat side to the opposite flat side (not corner to corner), then measure one panel from point to point and enter it in the Octagon panel box.
Decide which way the cover folds when you open it and pick it in step 5. The live preview shows the fold line on your measurements. If you use a cover lifter, check its instructions for which way the cover needs to fold.
Waterfalls, speakers, handrails and one-off shapes can't be captured with numbers alone. Trace the outline of the spa onto paper and mark where each obstruction sits. Tick the cut-outs box in step 2, describe them, and we'll call you to arrange the template.
