Blank Screen

No message on display. Display dark. Power has been cut off to the spa.

Check circuit breakers. Turn full off position and back on. If tripping, or spa remains off, contact your Master Spas dealer or authorized service center. Licensed electricians may need to be contacted if there is no power to spa though breakers "on".

Temperature Not Displayed

Spa/Swim Spa may be in Economy or Sleep Mode. To see the temperature displayed, switch Spa/Swim Spa to Standard/Ready mode, or run pumps for 1-2 minutes.

Water Temperature Unknown

After the pump has been running for 1-2 minutes, the temperature will be displayed.

HFL

Temperature Sensors out of Sync. Low Flow

Ensure water level is correct, fill spa up if necessary. Double check pumps were purged and primed. If an error persists, call your dealer or service organization.

HL

Heater Flow Loss: There may not be enough water flowing through the heater to carry the heat away from the heating element. Heater startup will try again after about 1 min.

Check the water level and make sure it is at or above minimum requirement. Make sure pumps are primed and not air locked. Clean filters. Make sure the bottom suctions are clear and cleaned of any debris. If a heating pump is not operating and the problem persists, contact your Master Spas dealer or authorized service center.

FLO-L01FLO-L02-FLO

FLO condition - Check filter, pump, blockage, air lock and water level

Check the water level and make sure it is at or above minimum requirement. Make sure pumps are primed and not air locked. Clean filters. Make sure the bottom suctions are clear and cleaned of any debris. If a heating pump is not operating and the problem persists, contact your Master Spas dealer or authorized service center.

NO FLO

Persistent no flow situation. All equipment has been shut off.

Check the water level and make sure it is at or above minimum requirement. Make sure pumps are primed and not air locked. Clean filters. Make sure the bottom suctions are clear and cleaned of any debris. If a heating pump is not operating and the problem persists, contact your Master Spas dealer or authorized service center.

HR

A hardware error was detected (Possible stuck relay

DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Potentially unsafe conditions are present. Contact your Master Spas dealer or authorized service center.

OH

Overheat. The spa’s water temperature has reached 108°F (42°C).

DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Check water temperature with digital thermometer. If it is 108F or higher, remove the spa cover and allow water to cool. Or, add fresh cold water. Once below 107°F/42°C, the spa system can be reset by turning the breaker off and then on again. Check filter cycle durations. Consider reducing durations if it is reasonable to do so. If an error occurs rapidly after power is cycled, contact your Master Spas dealer or authorized service center

Pr

Temp probes or detection circuit are defective

DO NOT ENTER WATER. Contact your Master Spas dealer or authorized service center.

AOH

Elevated internal temperature

DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Review and reduce filter cycle durations to reduce equipment runtime. Consider changing the timing to evenings. Possibly consider additional venting of equipment area if very hot ambient conditions and limited air flow. Consult with your Master Spas dealer or service center

Input voltage issue

Wiring to main board needs reviewed as improper power detected. Consult your Master Spas dealer or authorized service technician and a licensed electrician.

Hardware error was detected (Thermal fuse)
