Covers normally take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery and arrive in a large wooden crate to protect the Axis Cover. Domestic shipping is free.

Please note that all Hot Tub and Swim Spa covers are non-returnable due to the custom nature of these products. We strongly advise customers to carefully inspect their cover upon delivery.

• If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, do not accept the delivery. Refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
• Once the cover is accepted and signed for, we cannot process claims for damage, and the product will be considered non-returnable.
