Is this just a framed sticker? Or do you need to to help keep the water off the face of the Control panel?

Is the sticker just for the framing of the key pad or does it seal the control panel face?

The Master Spa - X509138 - Twilight Overlay will protect the topside control panel from UV damage, chemical splash, and provides some water resistance. The overlay will not make the topside control panel waterproof, protect it from impact damage, or electrical damage.
